The Seller issues, pursuant to and for the purposes of Directive 1999/44/EC, a legal warranty on the product for non-conformity of the product with the qualities stipulated in the sales contract.

The warranty allows the Buyer, in case of conformity defects of the product, to obtain repair or replacement of the product, price reduction or termination of the contract in accordance with the provisions of the above directive.

It is possible to exchange the purchased product as long as it is unused and in perfect condition as shipped.

The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer excluding in case of defects.
